All
returns must be unworn and in new condition (free of fragrances, odors,
or perfumes) and have tags attached (if applicable). All items must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt
for a full store credit, minus shipping cost (if the returned item was
shipped for free and by returning that item, the original order drops
under our free shipping amount, shipping costs will be reinstated at
the point of return and will be subtracted from your store credit or
refund). You may also request a refund, which will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.

email or phone to arrange your return, and include a copy of the
packing slip or invoice with the package to expedite processing. We
suggest sending your return with delivery confirmation and/or tracking
information as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

We make every effort to reuse packaging supplies, so your package may come in a recycled box (or USPS packaging) and be wrapped in reused plastic bags or recycled kraft tissue paper. Invoices are printed on 100% post consumer waste recycled paper, and our laser printer was refurbished. It is our goal to be responsible, not just in the organic clothing we offer, but in all aspects of our business.
